All I need from you is a list of equipment you have, your goals and your current health situation i.e., heart problems, joint problems, bad knees or back. I will set you up with a daily program of cardio and/or weight lifting for strength, conditioning and toning. Programs can be broken down to fit your schedule. I will send you up to 5 workouts a week to use on a 3 to 5 day plan. Five workouts will give you a few choices to pick from on a particular day. There will be video instruction for proper form and technique. You can take these workouts with you while traveling. I require a short video of your workout so that I know you are on track. Meal plans and nutritional guidance are also offered with or without workouts. Voice and web chat is available for support and any questions. I look forward to working with you!
